FAQ's about our Wax Melts

Is the wax you use vegan friendly?

Yes! We only use natural wax blends. We do not use any parrafin based products or any products containing parrafin blend.

Are your wax melts safe for pets?

Yes they are! However, we advise being responsible in their use! The melter or burner should not be accessible to pets or children or those less abled, and should be out of reach of all of those groups. Burning candles should never, ever be left unattended.

How are your melts packaged and labelled?

Our melts are packaged in eco friendly packaging. Most of our melts are shipped in paper waxed bags which are eco-friendly and fully recyclable.  A small percentage of our melts are packed in RPET (recycled plastic) which is fully recyclable.

To protect some products during transit, we may use recycled plastic based packaging materials or those plastics which are recycled. Again, this represents less than 5% of our total products as our core products are in eco friendly, non plastic packaging.


We continued to search for alternatives to eliminate it out of our product packaging.

Do your wax melts contain safety information?

Yes! We are fully insured business and comply with all relevant labelling on packaging which concerns the use of fragrances in our products. Our wax melts do all contain safety information on the packaging.

The universal safety instructions which will help you enjoy your melts safely are:

* Burning candles should never be left unattended

* Keep all of our products out of reach and sight of children or pets

* Individuals with high perfume sensitivity (sensitivity to smell) are advised not to use our products. We pride ourself on wax melts with high fragrance throw therefore these would not be suitable for such individuals.



How can you be sure about the quality of your ingredients?

For all our products we use UK based suppliers, as we are small UK business.


This means we source or products, packaging, wax and ingredients all from UK based business to support the local economy. We do not source from outside of the UK. These business all comply with UK regulations and therefore we have great confidence that we use a healthy and honest supply chain for all our products.

Do you offer wholesale prices or sell to retailers?

How do I edit/cancel my subscription?

Your subscription can be edited or cancelled from your account, if you made one at the time of checking out.

There will  also be a link in your subscription email with further details - if you click this link, there is a 'cancel subscription' red button in the bottom right hand corner!


Click this and your all done, and you can choose to resubscribe at any time!

Delivery Queries

How much is delivery?

We have two standard delivery rates, which make things easier for our customers.


Our delivery is priced based on what we pay - so we try and get the fairest price for our customers.


Every single item has 'delivery confirmation', as Royal Mail, our main courier, scan the package before posting it through the letterbox. This records the exact location (even the GPS co-ordinates!) of where the package was delivered.


Our rates are as follows:


Small orders (1-2 bars) just £1.49

Anything above 2 bars or anything else (burners/gift hampers) £3.49 no matter how large the order is

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes between 3-5 working days after you've placed your order


Whilst we always will get items out as soon as we can, often dispatching the same day, our products are all still handmade in small batches, therefore we may need a little time during our promotional periods or busier times.


Rest assured you will get dispatch confirmation with a tracking number.


How do I track my delivery?

Your delivery is sent using Royal Mail Business Post. That means, it will arrive with your standard post, however we get confirmation of delivery, so we can be assured your item has arrived. We use this on every order, no matter how large or small.


Your tracking number therefore doesn't update until either your item has been delivered, or your item has been returned to your local depot.


If you are seeing the status 'an update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item' on the Royal Mail website, this is absolutely normal!


Please leave the 3-5 working days from your dispatch email before contacting us. Working days do not include Saturday or Sunday (even though we do often dispatch on these days!)

My item is missing in the post/hasn't arrived yet

It is unusual for items to go missing in the postal system - all our items have delivery confirmation.

We would initially ask you to leave the 5 working days after your dispatch confirmation email. Chasing it up before this time does not make the process any quicker! 

You are advised to check the progress using the tracking number provided on the dispatch email at https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/ to see if the item has been returned to your local depot.

If your item has still not arrived outside the 5 working day period after dispatch confirmation:


We may ask you, in line with Royal Mail's standard business terms, to wait 14 working days before an item is classed as missing. This is to allow time for it to be relocated (for example if it's accidentally somewhere in the system it shouldn't be).


We will then ask for your written permission to claim a missing parcel against your address, as Royal Mail will complete a missing parcel analysis against your address.

At this point we can replace or refund the order.
