Welcome to the Oh My Melt® FAQ page. Here you’ll find answers to our most common customer questions about delivery, returns, subscriptions, and our wax melts. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, please don’t hesitate to contact us — we’re always happy to help.
1. When will my order arrive?
We know you can’t wait to get melting! Orders usually arrive in 4–7 working days.
As a small team that hand-pours everything with care, we dispatch within 1–2 working days. Royal Mail then takes over, with standard delivery usually taking 3–5 working days.
During busy times (like Christmas or big sales), dispatch may take a little longer, but rest assured your order will arrive — packed with big, joyful scent.
2. How much is UK delivery?
Great news – delivery is FREE on all UK orders over £30!
For smaller orders, our delivery costs are simple and fair:

Small orders (1–2 snap bars): £1.59

Larger orders (3+ bars, tubs, or burners): £3.99
We deliver across the UK, including Northern Ireland, Jersey, and Guernsey.
3. Do you offer international delivery?
Currently, we only deliver within the UK. We’d love to expand internationally in the future, but right now our focus is providing the best service to UK customers.
4. My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
Oh no! Royal Mail is usually very reliable, but delays can occasionally happen.
If it’s been more than 7 working days since you placed your order, please email us at customercare@ohmymelt.co.uk with your order number. We’ll check the tracking straight away and get it resolved for you.
5. What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Please email us at customercare@ohmymelt.co.uk to request a return authorisation before sending anything back. Unless the item is faulty, return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the unwanted item (within 30 days) for a refund, and place a new order for the product you want.
7. How do subscriptions work?
When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you choose. Your payment method will be charged automatically unless you’ve paid in advance.
You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time via the link in your order confirmation email — no need to contact us.
8. Are your wax melts vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. Our wax melts are made with a natural coconut-rapeseed wax blend and premium fragrance oils from trusted UK suppliers. They are always vegan-friendly and never tested on animals.
9. Do you use paraffin wax?
No. All Oh My Melt® products are paraffin-free.
10. Where are your products made?
Every wax melt is hand-poured in Cheshire, UK, by our small team. We only use UK suppliers for our materials.
11. Do you minimise plastic packaging?
Yes. We avoid single-use plastics wherever possible, and we are continually working to make our packaging more eco-friendly.
12. What makes your wax melts different?
Unlike many big-brand melts that use paraffin wax, we use a natural coconut-rapeseed wax blend. This allows for a higher fragrance load, giving you a long-lasting, room-filling scent.
Every melt is hand-poured in Cheshire and batch-tested for strength and longevity.
