Returns & Refunds Policy

At Oh My Melt, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. You can reach our customer care team at customercare@ohmymelt.co.uk with any questions.


Returns

  • We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • In the same condition you received them

    • Unused and in their original packaging

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

  • To start a return, please email us at customercare@ohmymelt.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll issue a returns authorisation number and instructions for sending your package back.

  • Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Unless your item is faulty, return postage is the buyer’s responsibility. For faulty items, we will refund postage once the item has been inspected and confirmed as faulty.


Damages & Issues

Please check your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is defective or damaged

  • You receive the wrong item

This allows us to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original purchase (following the steps above) and place a new order.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm whether your refund has been approved.

  • Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.

  • Please note: processing times vary, and it may take a few working days for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
