Wax Melt Delivery & Shipping

We aim to provide a fast shipping solution whilst keeping our costs as low as we can for our customers

We use Royal Mail for all mostly all of our deliveries as we find they provide the most convenient option for most customers, and most packages including those that are tracked, can go straight through your letterbox (depending on order size).

All orders sent via Royal Mail have 'delivery confirmation' therefore you can rest assured that even the smallest orders will be scanned by the mailperson upon delivery before posting through your letter box or dropping at your door!

Our standard delivery rate is based on weight, so we get the best value for you depending on your purchase.

For small orders (1 or 2 bars), shipping is just £1.59

For overs over 2 bars, or those with wax tubs, burners or heavier items, delivery is £3.59 for our standard service, or £4.99 for an express service (this option is not always available during periods of high demand).

For orders over £30, delivery is free.

All orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours!

Delivery can take approximately 3-5 working days so please leave 5 working days before contacting us to chase! We always aim to get them to you as soon as possible!
