Delivery Partner

• We use Royal Mail for most deliveries as they offer a reliable and convenient service.

• All Royal Mail deliveries include delivery confirmation scanning for peace of mind.

Delivery Costs

• Small orders (1–2 bars): £1.59

• Larger orders (over 2 bars, burners, or heavier items): £3.99 (standard)

• Orders over £30: Free delivery

• Jersey and Guernsey: Included in the £3.99 standard delivery cost

Delivery Times

• Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 working days from dispatch.

• Please allow up to 5 working days before contacting us about a delayed order.

Additional Information

• We currently deliver to UK addresses only (including Northern Ireland, Jersey, and Guernsey).

• During busy periods (such as holidays, sales, or promotions), dispatch and delivery may take slightly longer.
